Lemon Zest Crab Cakes

4 oz. crab

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp. onion powder

½ tsp. lemon zest

¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

1 tsp. dry mustard

2 lemon wedges

1 tbsp. parsley

1 tsp. lemon zest

Mix everything together and make 2 small patties. Place in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Place on serving dish.
