4 oz. London broil
1/6 cup balsamic vinegar
1/6 cup distilled white vinegar
2 tbsp. dried oregano
3 tbsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 cups tomatoes, diced
Marinate London broil with all seasonings for 1 hour. Season diced tomatoes and place ½ in the middle of the plate. Broil or grill steak to your temperature. Place on top of salsa.
